Panther

A panther’s inky black fur catches light and responds with a lacquered sheen. Sunbeams that should be consumed by the darkness are instead reflected.

In the original drawing, I used the darkest graphites and deliberate eraser strokes to recreate the panther’s glassy coat.

Archival giclee print made from the original drawing. Printed on heavyweight matte archival paper. Signed. Unframed. Originals not sold through this website.
